Your purchase or use of our services also constitutes your full acceptance of our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Terms and Conditions. These documents are incorporated by reference and form part of our agreement with you. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or make any purchases.
Strict No-Refund Policy
AKMX operates a strict no-refund policy for all digital products. All sales are final and non-refundable once payment is confirmed and/or the product is delivered or accessible. By completing a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and accept that you waive any right to a full refund under any circumstances, except as expressly provided in limited exceptional cases below.
Nature of Digital Products
Our products are intangible digital goods (e.g., ebooks, courses, templates, reels packs, scripts, workflows, software, and downloads) delivered electronically. Due to their nature:
- •They are instantly accessible or delivered upon purchase
- •They cannot be "returned" or revoked once accessed
- •Reproduction or use is irreversible
All sales are considered final at the time of payment confirmation or delivery.
Pre-Purchase Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:

- •Ensuring compatibility with your devices, systems, or technical knowledge
- •Verifying that the product meets your needs and expectations
We provide detailed information to assist your decision. Purchases made without due diligence are not eligible for refunds.
Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds (full or partial) will be provided in any of the following cases:
Exceptional Circumstances (Limited Partial Refund Consideration)
Partial refunds are only considered in rare cases and solely for orders exceeding ₹5,000 INR (or equivalent of $60 USD) in total purchase value. Orders below this amount are strictly non-refundable with no exceptions.
For eligible orders (above ₹5,000 INR / $60 USD), we may, at our sole and absolute discretion, consider a partial refund of up to 60% if:
- •There is a proven critical technical defect or file corruption making the product completely unusable
- •The wrong product was delivered (significantly different from ordered)
- •Critical components are missing, rendering the product non-functional
Important Conditions:
- ▸Consideration is entirely discretionary and not guaranteed
- ▸Maximum partial refund: 60% of the purchase price (no full refunds)
- ▸Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase/delivery
- ▸You must provide clear proof (screenshots, videos, error logs, etc.)
- ▸We reserve the right to deny any request without explanation
Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your product:
- •Check spam/junk folders and verify your email address
- •Contact us immediately at support@akmxv.xyz with order details
We will resend the product to a verified email at no extra cost. Non-delivery due to incorrect customer-provided details is not eligible for refunds.
How to Request Refund Consideration
For potentially eligible cases (Section 6):
Include:
- • Order number and purchase date
- • Email used for purchase
- • Detailed issue description
- • Supporting evidence (screenshots, files, etc.)
- • Proof of payment and order value (to confirm eligibility threshold)
Our decision is final and binding. No further appeals.
Refund Processing (If Approved)
- •Amount: Up to 60% of original price
- •Processing time: 7-14 business days
- •Method: Credited to original payment source (or wallet for USDT)
- •Fees: Transaction, network, etc. are non-refundable and deducted
Chargebacks and Disputes
- •Always contact us first before initiating any chargeback or dispute
- •Unauthorized or premature chargebacks/disputes will be treated as fraudulent
- •We will provide full records to payment providers/banks
- •Fraudulent actions may result in permanent bans and legal pursuit
- •You waive rights to chargeback except for proven unauthorized transactions
License Revocation
If any partial refund is issued:
- •Your license to use the product is immediately revoked
- •You must delete/destroy all copies immediately
- •Continued use constitutes copyright infringement and may lead to legal action
